Every gift at Tamasi is specially made just for you, with your chosen design, name, or logo.
Please double-check the details you share (like spelling, logos, photos), as we use them exactly as provided.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed since it’s customized.
We always aim to deliver on time, but sometimes delays may happen due to courier or unexpected reasons.
Prices may vary depending on customization and are subject to taxes.

Since all our products are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or incorrect details.
We only accept returns if the product is damaged or defective when it reaches you.
If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will happily send you a replacement or provide a credit note.
Please note: cash refunds are not available.
